Noodle Text

Start by typing your text. Any font will do but it seems to work better with fonts that are brush or swirl like.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Select pen tool in path mode. Select "freeform pen tool" type from the option bar at top.

Draw a shape as noodles wrapped over the text.

Create a new layer. Select the brush tool. Select the color and brush size. Again select the pen tool. Right click the layer and select "Stroke Path"

Select brush from the tool rollout and enable "simulate pressure".

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Similarly create more noodle shape around the text.

Similarly create noodles around the other alphabets.

Insert cutouts of some vegetables like capsicum, tomato and cabbage etc and place randomly over the alphabets.

Select and merge all the layers. Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select "Blur" >> "Gaussian Blur".

Change the layer to "vivid light".

Now you should have a similar result to this.
